Does iled manufacture or import?

We assemble and manufacture the products at our facility in Monterrey, and perform ignition tests prior to shipment.

What does the warranty cover?

Each project comes with a comprehensive warranty policy that specifies the coverage period, ranging from three to ten years. It covers LED modules, circuit boards, power supplies, enclosures, internal wiring, and video processors included in the scope of delivery, as well as technical diagnostics, remote or on-site support, and the shipment of replacement parts at no charge.

What do I need to do to keep it valid?

Report any malfunction within 48 hours of detecting it, ensure that the electrical installation has a physical ground connection and a surge suppressor, and schedule preventive maintenance at the intervals specified in your policy. We will issue a technical report within a maximum of 72 business hours.
